The rules are simple:

No referral links period. Not even in your signature or posting of websites that have referral links on it. This goes the same for outside FLR links that are self-profiting.

• No illegal activities, which includes frauding and talk of fraud.
  
  
  
• We will not be allowing congas or referral circles.
